If I had to take three main messages from the CDO CLUB London Data Panel, it would be 1. Customer trust is the organization's most important resource, but it is elusive and fragile. 2. Digital capabilities and data are the biggest challenges of the organization. 3. The biggest mistake of the chief data officer is to make the data his problem, thus removing the responsibility from the other employees in the organization.
